REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. General
At Roblesabana Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because this is a food product, certain special conditions apply.
2. Defective or damaged products
If the product arrives damaged or in poor condition, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@roblesabanacoffee.com, attaching photos and the order number.
We will offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
3. Incorrect products
If you receive a product different from the one ordered, we will handle the exchange at no additional cost.
4. Non-refundable products
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or handled products.
5. Refund request procedure
- Send an email to info@roblesabanacoffee.com with the subject “Refund request”.
- Include: order number, reason, and photo evidence if applicable.
- The customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days.
6. Approved refunds
Once approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used. The crediting time depends on the issuing bank and may take 5 to 10 business days.
